Checking In for a Berseo Trip

Verify Your Identity

• Meeting Your Host in Person: Show your current, valid driver’s license.
• Checking In for a Berseo Trip: No photos or documents are needed; your identity was checked when you booked the vehicle.

Document Vehicle Condition

• Check to make sure the vehicle meets all the legal requirements and is safe to drive.
• If the vehicle is unsafe or not in good condition, don’t complete the check-in process.
• Report the vehicle to Customer Support by calling (786) 505-8002 or emailing berseo.io1@gmail.com.
• Take photos to show the condition of the vehicle.

Why is this Important?

• Documenting the vehicle’s condition protects you in case there was damage to the vehicle before you rented it or if there are any problems with the vehicle.
• It also helps manage requests for reimbursement for things that happen after your trip.

• Always look over the vehicle carefully before you start your trip.
• If you have any concerns about the vehicle’s condition, contact Customer Support right away.
