What happens if my vehicle gets damaged?
- Physical damage reimbursement is not an insurance policy, but rather an agreement that determines who is responsible for covering damages between you and Berseo. If your vehicle sustains damage during a trip, all you need to do is inform Berseo and provide them with photos taken before and after the trip within 24 hours of its conclusion. Taking these photos is crucial as they serve as documentation of the vehicle’s condition before and after each trip.
- A representative from Berseo will contact you within 1-3 days and assist you with the remaining steps of the process. As for the expenses, hosts will be accountable for the deductible amount if they have charged a security deposit. Afterward, Berseo will reimburse the remaining costs for eligible physical damage repairs or replacements.
